Scope and responsible entity
This page concerns the public Aureon Industries website. It is not a data-processing agreement for client systems, AI infrastructure, software products or research projects.
The legal name, registered address and privacy contact of the responsible entity have not yet been verified. They must be published, together with the applicable legal framework, before inquiry collection is enabled.
Information entered in the contact form
The form asks for a name, email address, area of interest and message, with optional company or project and timeframe fields. At present, the form is not connected to a delivery service: submitting it does not send an inquiry through the form.
Entered values are held in the current page’s memory for validation and are not deliberately saved by the website in browser storage. Do not include credentials, confidential documents, sensitive personal information or client datasets.
Technical data and external resources
Opening a website requires technical requests that can expose an IP address, browser information, requested URL and request time to hosting and network providers. Provider logging, access and retention must be verified before this policy is finalized.
This website loads the Manrope font from Google Fonts. Those requests reach Google’s font services and expose connection information such as an IP address. The site code does not include analytics or marketing scripts. Browser language storage is described in the Cookie Policy.
Purposes and lawful basis
If inquiry delivery is enabled later, the intended purpose is to assess a request, discuss a possible engagement and manage related correspondence. It does not automatically authorize newsletters, advertising or unrelated use of the information.
The responsible entity must document the applicable lawful basis for each purpose and provide the required notice before collection starts. A contact inquiry is not blanket consent to all processing.
AI systems and client information
A public website inquiry is separate from access to client documents, enterprise knowledge, infrastructure or AI workflows. Before an engagement begins, the parties should define their controller and processor roles, instructions, permitted data, access rights and security responsibilities.
Model providers, subprocessors, processing locations, international transfers, logging and any use of data for model training must be explicitly assessed and documented. This draft does not promise that data stays in a particular country or that every provider excludes training. No client-data processing is authorized by submitting an inquiry.
Recipients, transfers and retention
A final policy must identify relevant recipient categories, service providers and any required international-transfer safeguards. No contact-delivery provider or project-data destination is currently configured through the form.
Retention periods or criteria, deletion procedures, backups and legal obligations must be determined for each processing purpose. This draft does not assign an unverified retention period or guarantee immediate deletion from every system.
Individual rights and requests
Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, individuals may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdrawal of consent where processing relies on it. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
A verified privacy contact and the relevant supervisory authority must be identified in the final policy. The unconnected inquiry form must not be relied on to deliver a rights request.
Review before activation
Before personal-information collection is enabled, this draft requires legal review and confirmation of the responsible entity, privacy contact, providers, purposes, lawful bases, transfer arrangements, retention criteria and request-handling procedure.
Material changes to processing must be reflected in the policy. The publication or revision date will be added when an approved version is available.
